1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using TrailGo's website and motorcycle rental services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Rental Requirements

2.1 Age and License Requirements

To rent a motorcycle from TrailGo, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age (25 for certain models)
• Hold a valid motorcycle license for at least 2 years
• Provide a valid government-issued ID or passport
• Sign the rental agreement

2.2 Insurance

All rentals include basic insurance coverage. Additional comprehensive insurance is available and recommended. You are responsible for any damage not covered by insurance.

3. Reservations and Payments

3.1 Booking

Reservations can be made through our website, phone, or email. Confirmation terms are stated in your quote.

3.2 Payment Terms

• Full payment is due at the time of motorcycle pickup
• We accept cash, credit cards, and bank transfers
• Additional charges may apply for late returns or damage

3.3 Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 7+ days before rental: Full refund
• Cancellations made 3-6 days before rental: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before rental: No refund
• No-shows are non-refundable

4. Use of Motorcycles

4.1 Permitted Use

You agree to:

• Use the motorcycle only for lawful purposes
• Operate the motorcycle safely and in accordance with all traffic laws
• Wear appropriate safety gear, including a helmet at all times
• Maintain the motorcycle in good condition during the rental period
• Return the motorcycle on time and in the same condition as received

4.2 Prohibited Use

You must NOT:

• Operate the motorcycle under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Allow anyone else to operate the motorcycle without prior authorization
• Use the motorcycle for racing, competitions, or stunt riding
• Take the motorcycle outside of Morocco without written permission
• Exceed manufacturer-recommended load limits
• Modify or tamper with the motorcycle in any way

5. Liability and Damages

5.1 Your Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• All damage to the motorcycle during the rental period
• All traffic violations, fines, and parking tickets
• Theft or loss of the motorcycle due to negligence
• Any third-party claims arising from your use of the motorcycle

5.2 Accident Procedure

In case of an accident or breakdown:

• Contact TrailGo immediately at +212 677 677 007
• Notify local authorities if required
• Do not admit fault or liability
• Obtain witness information and photographs
• Complete an accident report form

6. Maintenance and Breakdowns

All motorcycles are serviced and inspected before rental. If you experience mechanical issues:

• Contact us immediately for assistance
• We provide 24/7 roadside assistance
• Do not attempt repairs without authorization
• We will arrange for repair or replacement when possible

7. Returns

Motorcycles must be returned:

• At the agreed date and time
• To the designated return location
• In the same condition as received (normal wear excepted)
• With a full tank of fuel (or fuel charges will apply)
• Clean and free of personal belongings

Late returns may incur additional charges.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrailGo shall not be liable for:

• Personal injury or death resulting from motorcycle use
• Loss or damage to personal property
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
• Delays, cancellations, or changes in itinerary

9. Modification of Services

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue services without notice
• Change rental policies
• Refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason
• Substitute motorcycles of equal or greater value if necessary

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Marrakech, Morocco.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
